Day-by-Day Itinerary: 2-Day Serengeti Safari
Day 1 - Serengeti National Park
We'll provide airport pickup and drop-off services for your convenience, ensuring a seamless transition before and after your adventure. Early game drives commence around 6:30 am, offering a prime opportunity to witness the thriving wildlife. A satisfying hot lunch awaits you within the park, creating a memorable experience. Your evening will be spent at Serengeti Matawi Camp, where you'll enjoy an overnight stay.
Depart after breakfast, depart for the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Drive to the Lobo area north of Seronera.
Typically, the wildebeest migration passes through the Lobo area every year around July/August. Most of the time their destination is the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. However, in late October/November they return to the southern Serengeti National Park.
Day 2 - Serengeti National Park
You'll commence your day with an early game drive scheduled for approximately 6:30 am, immersing yourself in the captivating wildlife encounters. A delectable hot lunch will be served within the park, enhancing your safari experience.
As for the park itself, it goes beyond the renowned great migration, a seasonal spectacle, with the dramatic river crossings predominantly occurring at specific times. The Serengeti National Park stands out for its extraordinary beauty, showcasing diverse flora and fauna.
To conclude your adventure, we will ensure a timely drop-off at the airport according to your flight schedule.
