About the 5-Day Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara Safari

This 5-days safari gives you a chance to witness Big Five animals and other interesting animals. You will be immersed in the unspoiled nature of real Africa. You will see wild animals up close and take photos of the wonderful landscapes of Tanzania. All this with the assistance of a Tour Operator based in Arusha, full board on safari, personal guide, and private use of the jeep (with mineral water, power sockets, binoculars) and selected accommodations.
Day-by-Day Itinerary: 5-Day Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara Safari
Day 1 - Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport to Arusha town
Our safari guide from our office will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and overnight. Get time to relax and be ready for the next day's adventure. Feel free to experience Arusha city tour with our guide.
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
Pick up from the lodge early in the morning and start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes.
Tarangire National Park is well known for its large elephant herds, consisting of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna, with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. It is possible that we will have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.
Once we finish the game drives, we will transfer you to your lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes.
This park constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is one of the Natural Wonders of Africa: with the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos) and many varieties of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, buzzards). Be ready to see many animals here within a little time.
Once we finish game drives, we will transfer you to your lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 4 - Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes.
The park is famous for the arboreal lions, which hide among the branches of the trees, and the numerous colony of baboons that populate the forest and which will accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park.
Once we finish game drives, we will transfer you to your lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.
Day 5 - Transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, relax at the lodge and if time allows, take a short tour in Arusha for shopping, then transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport.
