About the 4 Days Serengeti Migration Safari

The great migration is a phenomenal journey spanning approximately 800km from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Masai Mara Reserve in Kenya and back through the Mara River. Every year, from July to September, around 2 million wildebeest, zebras, and half a million calves start your trip in search of green pastures and water. Although it occurs solely in 2 countries, it is considered the only great migration of its kind in the world.

Experience one of nature’s most spectacular events with Kilima Go Trekking on a 4-day Serengeti Migration Safari. This journey takes you to the heart of the Serengeti National Park, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles migrate in search of fresh grazing, followed closely by predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The safari offers a front-row seat to witness river crossings, dramatic predator-prey interactions, and endless wildlife encounters.

Over four days, you'll explore the vast Serengeti plains, experiencing the incredible biodiversity of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Stay in comfortable lodges or mobile camps that follow the migration’s path, ensuring you're always near the action. This safari provides a genuinely rare opportunity to witness the Great Migration, one of the world’s most iconic wildlife spectacles, while enjoying expertly guided game drives and solid service.
